📑 Booking & Service Policies

Luxury Queen Catering & Rentals

These policies are in place to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a seamless experience for all clients.

Booking Minimum

  • A 10-person minimum is required for all catering services.
     

Deposits & Payments

  • Non-refundable deposit required. Balance due 48 hours before event.
     
  • Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services.
     

Guest Count

  • Final guest count must be submitted 5 days prior to the event.
     
  • This number will be used for final billing and preparation.
     

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be subject to additional charges.
 

Menu Changes & Customization

  • Menu selections and upgrades must be finalized by the final guest count deadline.
     
  • Luxury Queen Catering & Rentals reserves the right to adjust menus based on availability or seasonality.
     

Service & Staffing

  • Additional fees may apply for:
     
    • Staffing
       
    • Extended service time
       
    • Last-minute changes
       
    • Special requests or custom setups
       

Rentals & Equipment

  • Clients are responsible for rental items during the event.
     
  • Damaged or missing rental items may result in replacement charges.
     

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
     

📸 Media & Photography Policy 

Luxury Queen Catering & Rentals may photograph food presentation, décor, and event setups for marketing purposes.

Client identities will never be shared without permission.

If you prefer no photography, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times
